    All memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of registration and can be renewed annually.

  • Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership tier?

    Absolutely. You can upgrade your membership at any time by paying the difference in gift cards or continue to visit Yu Seafood to hit the criteria. Downgrades can be made upon your annual renewal.

  • Are there any exclusive events for members?

    Yes! Gold and Platinum members receive invites to exclusive tasting menus, chef’s table previews, and seasonal celebrations throughout the year.

  • Is the membership transferable?

    Memberships are non-transferable and tied to the individual who registered. However, Platinum members may receive guest passes for special events.

  • How can I cancel my membership?

    If you wish to cancel, please contact us at yorkdale@yuseafood.com. While membership fees are non-refundable, cancellation will ensure your renewal is not processed the following year.
